To be frank, very few people know that am a foodie ; am actually a complete addict of sweet and good looking food;-and I ain’t gonna apologize for it😉😋. Being a campus student,I don’t get the chance to cook my own food as regularly as I would love to. I however take time to appreciate other people’s cooking and this week am appreciating Patrick Gitau’s SMOOTHIE recipe. To be frank, when I first tried to make this smoothie,I wasn’t really sure if it would turn out to be this great but the end result shocked me. The smoothie just melts into ones mouth and doesn’t disappoint at all. Trust me when I say this coz I have tasted lots of smoothies that tasted like diluted berries in milk.
1/2 cup blueberries.
2 frozen bananas.
I orange juice(squeezed).
A ripe banana.
A couple of blueberries.
Place the blueberries and banana in a blender. Sprinkle the Orange juice till you get a creamy texture.
Cut the banana into small-sizes and garnish the smoothie by sprinkling the banana slices,chia seeds and blueberries on the smoothie.
Enjoy your delicious smoothie.
PS:- This smoothie is really easy to make and perfectly healthy for consumption by anyone.
